After being an event planner for eleven years, Marie Jackson recently took the leap into business ownership after realizing how much she missed the most creative part of an event...sweets! As a life long baker and self taught cake decorator Marie has had much experience in cake decorating and managing aspects of a retail bakery. Other than the delight in creating beautiful works of edible art, what interests Marie most in her business is the pleasure of watching a customer's eyes light up after biting into one of her cakes, cupcakes or cake pops.
